Why you need to read those licensing agreements

You really have to be sure of what you’re agreeing to before you click “I accept the agreement.”
Oh, and by the way, I reluctantly agreed to this one and tried out Mozy (an online backup service recommended by Walt Mossberg), but uninstalled it after two long waits that ended with “Backup unsuccessful” messages.

Well we’re certainly not Walt, but you really do need to get your data off-site!
You might want to give us a try. We can be far less expensive and things are a bit more in your control if you like the idea of backing up somewhere you know and trust vs. us.
If you want to backup to us, we’re the same price / month as Mozy up to 50GB, we charge .10/GB for each GB thereafter.

I do not think I would accept the terms of that agreement. I think I would rather taunt the fun happy ball!

I agree with Daisey, although, my mamma and everyone in her office laughed out loud! Very funny!
