Something’s wrong with Kelly
While I was at home for lunch today, Kelly had some kind of seizure on the front sidewalk, and we rushed him to the vet. Dr. Smith looked him over, and told us his signs looked more or less normal, although Kelly still seemed weak. The vet also said a cat Kelly’s age doesn’t just start having seizures for no reason, and that’s scary.
They took some blood to test for some possible causes, but the results won’t be back until tomorrow morning. In the meantime, Kelly is home, isolated in the upstairs bathroom. When I left, he was curled up on his current favorite blanket on the floor of the shower. All we can do now is to let him rest, and wait.
