Allow Me To Introduce…

…a couple of new friends I met today. (Click photos for more info)

First, this is Leah, who was happy to let me pet her as long as I wanted. (Ah, Leah…) She’s being cared for through First State Greyhound Rescue.

This sweet and lovely torbie goes by the name of Laura, and she’s being fostered through The Cat Shack.

    Greyhounds are amazing, aren’t they? It seems all they want is a warm lap and an endless supplies of cuddles. We have a real problem here in the UK with abandoned former racers (or underperforming racers)… It makes me very angry. Grrrr.

    I too hope that Leah and Laura find a good home soon!
